There is always a critic, someone who can’t do what you do but wants to tell you how to do it even better, even they they’ve never figured out how to even do it on your level.
I’ve met a few, always willing to talk, claiming you could be great if you just had what they’re offering,
They’re really here for you, only a few strings attached, & two or three hoops for you to jump through,
Not a lot of positive comments to offer during the process of progress,
Often what they bring is the opposite, they withdraw more than they deposit,
Claiming the secret to your success is about them more than Him more or less,

It’s the way of the world, so stuck on material things, they can’t see the spiritual,
Focused on the physical, blind to the miracle of the gifts He gives… and to be literal,
The haters will do what they do best. Don’t stress. It isn’t that serious when you’re this blessed, but for them to think what anyone else does is good enough, well… that’ll take a miracle.
